I am sometimes amazed at how flakey people can be. They hear some wonderful presentation on how they can make money, and the first thing they do is run out and quit their day job.

Although some will argue with you that this is what you need to do to become really motivated, I would say, you still have a certain level of bills to pay, so you'd better test the waters first on a part-time basis. Get something going before you run out and quit your job.

How can you expect to build anything for the future if you are constantly quiting something and going on to the next bigger thing?
