In real estate, sometimes you have to think outside of the box.

Instead of saying, "I can't do the deal." You need to ask yourself, "How can I do the deal?"

Can you get creative with financing? Do you have money that you haven't thought about. Can you borrow money from somewhere?

I always hear it takes money to make money, but the truth is that it doesn't have to be your money.
