Stallion habit 58 - Protein right before you go to bed

Although, in an earlier blog, I said not to eat after 6 p.m. , the truth is that a small, lean, protein snack right before you go to bed will help you get a deeper sleep.

I have read some studies how it helps you actually slow down aging because you sleep so much better than if you load up on sugar right before bed.

Protein is what feeds your muscles. Sugar is what feeds your fat.

I usually drink a glass of milk with chocolate whey protein. You can experiment with different drinks at your local health food store.
