One thing I like to do is pick a time of day that I am going to get as many things done as possible, and then just do one after another. Usually the afternoon between 4 and 6 p.m. seems to be a good time to call people.Call before 5 p.m. if they are a business. Call after 5 p.m. if they are just getting off work.
Call me during these hours to go look at homes. I have sold more homes in these two hours than the rest of the day combined.
