When I first saw this food pyramid, I thought this was so funny.You look at the pyramid and you are supposed to eat 6 to 10 grains, etc. Then everyone wonders why they are getting fat.
I think the truth is, you need to eat healthy, and you really don't need as much food as you think you do.
Some people count calories. I personally try and eat smaller meals. If you are gaining in body fat, you probably need to cut your food intake and increase your activity.
There is a lot of wisdom in the phrase, "Eat less, Fatso!"
