Working at a welfare office for part of my life has taught me a few life lessons. It seems that people on welfare move a lot.
Sometimes these people move 20 times in a two year period of time.
My question is how can you build anything long term if you are like a leaf in the wind blowing wherever the wind takes you?
Being stable and having an established residence seems to be one of the ways you can accumulate wealth. In SE Idaho, homes double in value about every 10 years with our current appreciation rate.
You can never build this kind of wealth if you are always moving, but when you do move, call Burke Bennett to buy or sell a home.
