Stallion habit number 24 - The morning workout

Although I have no problem getting up in the morning, working out in the morning only sounds like a good idea after 've done it.

When you wake up, you are in a fasted state. You should drink a tall glass of water and then workout.

Some people say you can burn fat faster by working out before you eat.

Convincing yourself to workout in the morning is the hardest part.
