Stallion habit 51 - Good, Better, and Best.

I once heard a speaker talk about all the choices we have.

He said that there are "Good, Better, and Best" things we can be doing.

You could actually compare this to almost anything in your life.

Some people just walk for exercise and get so-so results. Some people hit it hard for an hour at the gym and get a little better results. Some people put it all together and maximize their diet and exercise in the most time efficient manner possible. They look and feel the best they possibly can.

What things can be better in your life? Are you the best you can be at whatever you are trying to be?
