
One of my classmates has an incredibly lean, muscular and healthy body.
One day I asked her what she did. She told me that she eats to live; not lives to eat.
We should eat if we are hungry, but eat smaller portions throughout the day. If you can't eat healthy every time, focus on eating healthy 80 to 90% of the time.
Think of it like school. If you eat right 90% of the time, you will get an A. No one wants an F. How you look is a choice.
