What is it telling you?
Do you ever go to buffets, for example, just to pig out?
You know you are in pain, but you keep on eating. Then you spend the rest of the day lying around because you ate too much.
How about listening to your body?
Are you full? Are you in pain?
What do you need to do to reverse that?
Could you overcome over-eating if you had to?
