Stallion habit number 20 - Cut the sugar to cut the fat.

I will be the first to admit that sugar is my weakness. It seems like if you start eating sugar, you crave more of it. No one can eat just one sweet--so to speak.

I am better off not eating any at all because it is a trigger food for me.
I admire people who say that sugary foods aren't even a temptation.

Britney Spears has recently gotten attention for losing a lot of weight. She was asked, how she did it? She said she cut the sugar out of her diet.

Eating sugar creates an insulin response. By eating sugar, you are telling your body to store fat.

So if you want to to cut the fat, cut the sugar.
