Do you have a person in your life that calls you right smack dab in the middle of the day, then wants to talk for 20 to 40 minutes while you are trying to get a project done?Trying not to offend them and getting your schedule more productive is a real trick sometimes.
Can you have them call you back at a certain time of day when you have less to do? Can you cut the length of the call?
You may want to let the call go to voicemail since you know that if you pick it up, it will be a 40 minute call. Then you can call back when you have more time to talk.
