Stallion habit number 34 - Watch your morning weight

One habit that I have done on a regular basis is weigh myself in the morning. This is when you are at your lightest weight, since you are probably dehydrated from sleeping all night.

Although, I have heard some people say you shouldn't look at the scale.
How you look in the mirror and how your pants fits fit are also important.
Muscle weighs more than fat and takes up 1/6 the space, so that is something to consider if you are constantly working out.

Lying on the bed for extra help to get your pants on is a sign that you aren't watching your weight.

Everyone fluctuates in weight, but keeping daily tabs on it is a way to keep yourself from getting out of control.
