Are you the type of person who can't make a decision?

Making good decisions is something that takes time to develop.

Sometimes when I am showing houses, it is really hard for people to make a decision.

Some homes scream, "I'm it; buy me!" Others are not what what people want, but they are all they can afford.

I can't tell you how many times I have had someone call me after a couple of days of thought saying, "Let's make an offer on that home you showed me a few days back."

Then we find out that someone else has already made an accepted offer. This has happened to me almost every week that I have practiced real estate.

So if you see something on the MLS that you want to see, call me immediately. If you like it, let's write an offer immediately.

You snooze; you lose is really true in real estate. Let's write an offer before it's too late.
