Drinking calories is a great way to pack on weight fast. Having that sugary taste in your mouth just makes you even thirstier and makes you want to eat something else.
Everytime you want something to eat, you might just get a drink of water and then ask yourself, am I really hungry or just bored? Listen to your body.
Stop drinking artificial colors, caffeine, flavors, and who knows what other crap they put in soft drinks.
