One thing I have done is to have weights by my desk. You can take a quick break several times per day, and do 8 to 12 reps in 30 seconds or less.
What about a minute of jump rope?
On your 15 minute break, you can take your snack with you and walk for 15 minutes.
In the morning while you are getting dressed, you can do some pushups, etc.
Before you go to bed, do a quick set of situps.
If you do mini workouts throughout the day, by the end of the day you will have worked out, and you will fill refreshed with your little mini breaks.
