Can't figure out why you are gaining weight?



Start a food journal. Write down what you ate. How much you ate? And why you ate?



Then show your journal to someone who is concerned about your health.



Discuss with them how you can do better. What foods trigger eating too much?



Of course the most important thing in the journal is why you ate. Were you really hungry?
